Refund Process

Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and include the details of the product and the defect or damage description.
Shipping Costs
Refunds do not include any shipping charges you may have incurred during the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. In such cases, STOVLARUTLOP will cover the shipping costs.
